TAYABAS CITY, Quezon –
Senator Marcos said that ‘even though we know that it is necessary to change many provisions in the constitution,’ the truth, she said, is “it is untimely.” The Ilocos Norte lawmaker also added that what she fears is that the issue might be used as a sort of diversion by legislators.
