Charles’ Coronation will be ‘less impactful’ than the Queen’s, a royal expert says
The Coronation of King Charles III and Camilla, Queen Consort will be "less impactful" than the late Queen Elizabeth's, a royal expert has said.
Tessa explained that this is due to the change in times and said: “Now it’s in front of a bigger global audience and because we've all got televisions". Continuing royal expert Tessa said: "But in terms of its impact, Elizabeth’s was much more impactful because people really believed in the monarchy between the marriage, the state, the church and the monarch, in a way that I don’t think most of us do anymore".
