GMB convenor Chris Mitchell organized a charity buffet to support Glasgow cleansing staff who are struggling with the cost of living crisis. Donations from the SNP, Green, and Labour parties helped cover the cost of the buffet, which was well received by GMB members facing financial difficulties.
More than £1500 has been donated to a charity buffet for Glasgow cleansing staff struggling to cope with the cost of living crisis.
He also thanked members of the SNP, Green and Labour parties for their donations which contributed towards covering the cost of the buffet which was well received by members of the GMB – particularly those who struggle to feed themselves and their families or pay their bills.
