Mluleki Ndobe was accused of being involved in the killing of former ANC Youth League Secretary General, Sindiso Magaqa.
Harry Gwala District Municipality Mayor Mluleki Ndobe has had murder charges against him dropped.
UMZIMKHULU – Charges against Harry Gwala District Mayor Mluleki Ndobe have been provincially withdrawn.Magaqa was shot several times in July 2017, and died from his wounds two months later.Speaking outside court, Ndobe said his name has been tarnished for wrong reasons and he will consult with the ANC leadership.
