BREAKING: Marine veteran who put Jordan Neely in fatal chokehold on NYC subway expected to be charged as soon as Friday, two sources say.
. “It is a character assassination and a clear example of why he believed he was entitled to take Jordan‘s life,” the family's attorneys, Donte Mills and Lennon Edwards, said.that Neely was being aggressive before he was restrained.
Neely was held in the chokehold for about 15 minutes, according to Vazquez, who filmed the video. The footage showed two other subway riders appearing to help restrain Neely.
