‘I have been enduring this for almost two decades,’ one R. Kelly survivor told The Times. ‘I am very happy with the sentence.’The announcement came a day before a court hearing on the state charges was scheduled to occur. Foxx said prosecutors would instead ask the court to dismiss the charges.
