Phillip Hanslow's relationship with his famous neighbour in Sydney's eastern suburbs became strained during construction of 41-year-old Sebastian's mansion next door to his home in Maroubra. The three-level concrete and glass home designed by architect Joe Snell has attracted comparisons to a fortress and overlooks neighbouring properties.Sebastian told a Brisbane radio station as the house approached completion in 2019 that one of his neighbours was "a bit filthy at everyone".An apprehended violence order was made ordering Hanslow not to assault, threaten, harass or contact Sebastian or his family and avoid damaging his property for four months.
