Wide receiver Jalen Guyton suffered a season-ending knee injury and left tackle Rashawn Slater ruptured his biceps tendon. The Chargers clinched their first playoff berth since the 2018 season with a victory Dec. 26 over the Indianapolis Colts, and began Sunday knowing they would be either the No. 5 or No. 6 seed.

hey won four consecutively going into Sunday’s game against the Broncos, which turned into an opportunity to play some of their backups after Cincinnati beat Baltimore.
