Chancellor Rachel Reeves announces £22bn black hole in UK budget
CHANCELLOR Rachel Reeves has declined to rule hiking key taxes after the Prime Minister warned of a "painful" Budget in October.The Chancellor will lay out the government's tax and spending plans when she delivers her Autumn Statement on Wednesday, October 30when you sell something that has gone up in value, such as stocks and shares, or a second home or even artwork worth £6,000 or more.
