MGM has dropped the official Challengers clip from Luca Guadagnino's upcoming sports drama, starring Zendaya.
The video highlights the beginning of Tashi Duncan’s complicated love triangle with two fellow tennis players, who are fighting for her attention. The film debuts in theaters on April 26.“Zendaya’s Tashi Duncan, a former tennis prodigy turned coach and a force of nature who makes no apologies for her game on and off the court,” reads the synopsis.
Challengers is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Luca Guadagnino from a screenplay written by Justin Kuritzkes. The film will also be led by Mike Faist as Art Donaldson, and Josh O’Connor as Patrick Zweig. It is executive produced by Bernard Bellew, with Guadagnino and Amy Pascal serving as producers.
