Bexar County commissioners on Tuesday ousted the chairman of a business advisory committee for calling Commissioner Rebeca Clay-Flores a crude curse word. Chris Forbrich allegedly called Clay-Flores , the five-person court’s only woman member, a 'crusading c---' in a private conversation with a fellow member of the Small , Minority, and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Program Advisory Committee.
