BREAKING: A judge has scheduled a trial date for Chad Daybell, charged with murder in the death of his first wife, Tammy Daybell, and in the deaths of his wife Lori Vallow Daybell's children, 7-year-old Joshua 'JJ' Vallow and 16-year-old Tylee Ryan.

He is also charged with conspiracy to commit murder in all three deaths.
Tylee Ryan, 17, and her adoptive brother 7-year-old JJ Vallow were last seen alive in September 2019. Their mother, Lori Vallow Daybell, has been behind bars since February for charges related to their disappearance.
