PUTRAJAYA, March 3 — Certificate of Good Conduct applicants can make online payment for CGC either through the e-Konsular website or the e-Konsular mobile application before physically collecting the certificate from the Consular Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, starting March 13.
In this regard, the ministry said cash payments for CGC will no longer be accepted after Aug 31 to make way for fully cashless options. “The e-Payment feature at Malaysian Missions abroad will gradually be launched later subject to the technical readiness in host countries,” said the statement.
