Matthew and Meg Erickson bought the property on the 900 block of Gilbert Street in Boulder in 2014 for $2.3 million, according to property records. Matthew Erickson is the CEO of Vero Fiber Networks. Meg Erickson is an account director at Epsilon.
The couple hired Dale Hubbard of Surround Architecture to design the five-bed, five-bath home, built by S.L. Murphy Construction in 2015. The home borders Edward Sell Smith Park and features Italian bluestone walkways in the backyard, a covered patio, and front and backyard fire pits. Patrick Dolan and Kelly Atteridg with Re/Max of Boulder handled the off-market sale of $9.8 million to Delaware-incorporated 950 Gilbert LLC.This 4,021-square-foot, four-bed, four-bath home perches on the ridge line of the Boulder foothills. Marybeth Emerson with Slifer Smith and Frampton-BoulderNamed Mountain Star, this home was designed by architect E.J. Meade of Arch 11 and built in 1993. Hammerwell custom builders renovated it.
This new 7,026-square-foot, six-bed, seven-bath home is located in the gated Cedar Lane at Cherry Creek community. Peter Blank and Carmelo Paglialunga with MilehimodernThis home, built in 2022, features walls of windows and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace that anchors the living room. The primary suite on the second floor features a gas fireplace, balcony, dual walk-in closets, and a spa-like bathroom.
