BGC, Taguig City—Listed Century Properties Corp. recently launched a business unit that will focus on lower building height developments. The move is a perceptible shift from the company’s past projects which focused mostly on high-rise condominiums.
“New standards in living and lifestyle inclinations have developed post-pandemic, and we intend to address these changes in homebuyers’ needs,” explained Century Properties Group president and CEO Marco R. Antonio.
