Wyatt Andrew Jones and his wife Marisel Toro took pictures and videos showing the sexual abuse of an infant girl starting in January 2021, just three days after she was born.

A York County man and woman are being sentenced after pleading guilty to making images and videos depicting the sexual exploitation of an infant. Prosecutors also say the man distributed child pornography and solicited sexually explicit images from an underage girl.

Jones was sentenced Monday to 45 years in prison plus 15 years of supervision following his release. He pleaded guilty on Feb. 6 to one count of the production of images containing the sexual exploitation of children and one count of distribution of child pornography. The attorney’s office agreed that the images and videos Jones distributed met the definition of sadistic and violent after court documents described a video showing “a hysterically crying toddler, approximately 2 to 3 years old, hanging upside down by her ankles in a dungeon-like setting.”

The two are also being charged separately – by local authorities – with two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, two counts of photograph/film/depict on computer sex act – knowingly or permitting child, two counts of dissemination of photo/film of child sex acts, two counts of child pornography, and two counts of indecent assault – person less than 13 years of age, according to court documents out of York County.
