Laptops and other electronic devices seized from the Lancaster County man had child porn stored on them, according to West Earl Township police.
A Lancaster County man has been charged with eight felonies related to child pornography.
Joshua Lapp, 28, of West Earl Township, had child pornography-related videos and images on laptops, desktop computers, and cellphones that detectives seized from a home on Meadow View Drive, according to West Earl Township Police. District Judge Jonathan Heisse arraigned Lapp on charges of manufacturing child pornography, possession of child pornography, unlawful contact with a minor, criminal use of a communication facility and corruption of minors.
