Lowman, who found Austin Koslow on a 32-yard post route to give the Pacers a 7-0 lead on their first possession, had a chance to add to their lead after an Andon Wheeler interception. The Pacers, who fell to 5-2 overall and 2-2 in league play, went 11 plays and 78 yards on their first drive. Lowman converted a fourth-and-inches with a sneak before finding Koslow for the score on the next play. But Delaware finished with 178 yards of total offense.
Phillips added a 26-yard scoring run on the next possession, and Jaelen Wheeler returned a punt 34 yards to set up Phillips’ final scoring run from 3 yards out.
