In an emailed statement to KPRC 2, CenterPoint says Lyanne Wilson, who served as Senior Vice President of Electric Business, 'is no longer with the company.'

A spokesperson shared the following note on Wilson’s replacement but did not share details on why she was ousted. “Lynnae Wilson is no longer with the company. Darin Carroll, Senior Vice President, Natural Gas Business, has been named Senior Vice President, Electric Business. Darin will lead all areas of Houston Electric and Indiana Electric, serving approximately 2.9 million metered customers across the Greater Houston and southwestern Indiana areas. He has held diverse leadership roles in electric and natural gas with CenterPoint and its predecessor companies.
