It's a huge week in Europe for the Premiership clubs involved and Scotland boss Steve Clarke has some holes to fill
Rangers, Kilmarnock and St Mirren are in second leg action in Europe this week. Who do you think will progress to the next round? KEITH JACKSON: Fingers crossed all three of them will make it through. It’s about time Scottish teams started landing some meaningful punches in Europe rather than leaving it to the big two to carry the flag.
SCOTT BURNS: I would love to see all three progress. I would expect Rangers to go through. It will be tougher for Kilmarnock and St Mirren. I just have a feeling that Killie could get the win. MICHAEL: It’s hard to see past Celtic right now and if they add a few signings it will make them even tougher to beat. Aberdeen might be the ones to watch in terms of outsiders.
ANDY: I’d say the £6million-mark would be a good place to start the bidding. If Dave Cormack can lure in another couple of suitors it could quickly rise north of that. Steve Clarke has lost James Morrison as an assistant coach. Who would you take in to replace him in the Scotland set-up? KEITH: Morrison was effectively a middle man between the players and Clarke’s coaching staff. The manager will be looking for someone of a similar stature to step into the role and will have no shortage of options.
