The former Miss Universe Philippines dons a piece by Filipino fashion designer Rian Fernandez

Celeste Cortesi made a surprise appearance at the Miss Universe Thailand 2023 pageant as one of its judges. During its coronation night, held on Aug. 20 in Nonthaburi, Thailand, the former Miss Universe Philippines joined Thailand’s past representatives at the international pageants like Maria Poonlertlarp and Anchilee Scott-Kemmis in selecting the national pageant’s newest winner.For the event, Celeste worked with Filipino fashion designer Rian Fernandez to create a stunning look.

“[I] couldn’t be happier to join Miss Universe Thailand as one of your judges tonight with my sister Anchilee Scott-Kemmis and the candidates,” Celeste posted. “Wishing all the girls the best of luck. To the Miss Universe Thailand organization and the entire Thai pageant fans community, Khob Khun Kha.”
