'Hollywood Medium' star Tyler Henry says he still hears from late 'Growing Pains' actor Alan Thicke more than seven years after his death: 'I'm like, 'Oh, Alan! What did I do?''

During their session, Henry specifically warned Thicke about a history of heart problems within his family, telling him to"keep in mind your own heart" moving forward.
"His message is 'Don’t be stubborn like I was,'" Henry explained on the show. He later added, "There’s just a feeling of like, 'Don't let you, be me,' basically, in the way this comes across. It’s like, 'Keep this in mind. Be proactive in your health. Do what I didn't,' is kind of the message." At the time, Thicke explained that his family didn’t have a known history of heart disease apart from his sister having undergone open-heart surgery.
"Honestly, if this is something that does come into play, it could affect men primarily. I'm not even looking at women so much, this is something that could affect men," Henry replied. "So if you, yourself, notice like blood pressure or heart murmur, just see a doctor. But I feel almost like we have to really take this into consideration.
"It was the first time ever where we had a living client on the show," he remarked. "And then we also had them follow up, just from the other side. It's really surreal.
