Celebrity Gogglebox star Jordan Banjo candidly shared his struggles with body image after piling on three stone during the lockdown, admitting there was a time he "didn't want to go out".
Jordan expressed: "We, as dudes, I think we're quite harsh on ourselves. Everything is expected to be taken in stride and as a joke. During lockdown, I put on like three stone. I put on a lot of weight and it took me ages to shift it again. Jordan's candid conversation followed his revelation of how "shocked" he was upon seeing his body transformation in May. The choreographer uploaded a comparison of before-and-after photos showcasing his weight loss journey, enlightening his fans about how he achieved the enviable results.
