The Italian blogger and entrepreneur, who boasts millions of followers on Instagram, is parting ways with a chic West Hollywood home that’s now in contract.
A storage barn on the property at 1414 N Spaulding Ave. housed Ferragni’s designer purse collection, which doesn’t come with the home, quips broker Stefano Zoccatelli, of Nest Seekers Beverly Hills, who negotiated the deal. Zoccatelli adds that the charming home comes with an open floor plan and “peaceful and Zen” grounds. “Despite the cooling market, West Hollywood continues to thrive,” he added.
At 2,160 square feet, the charming bungalow, built in 1918, comes with four bedrooms, three baths and a two-car garage. The buyers are Andrew and Milena Muradian Green, according to public records.One of four bedrooms inside the West Hollywood home.
