Stephanie Davis has revealed she was recently rushed to hospital with suspected pneumonia. The former Celebrity Big Brother star shared the terrifying health scare with her fans on social media in a new update, as she revealed she's been suffering from a "really bad" chest infection.
“Had a bad chest infection for three weeks now. Went to the doctors today and they sent me to hospital thinking it was pneumonia, thankfully it’s just a really bad infection I can’t shift," the mum-of-one penned. She went on to say she had ended her day with a "good laugh" with her mum. She added: “We ended the day on a good laugh, nearly wetting ourselves in the car park when she screamed thinking her car was bashed, dinted and scratched and then vigorously tried to wipe the mark off to realise it wasn’t her car. Love you mum, thank you for always being there.”
Stephanie is best known for appearing in Hollyoaks and Celebrity Big Brother, but many will now recognise her as Courtney Vance in Coronation Street. She joined the cast of the ITV soap last year for a brief stint, following a three-year break from acting.
