But, before you jump to the list, let’s talk about the reason why this month starts on the 15th and not on the first day of the month. St. Augustine’s free summer-long music series “Concerts in the Plaza” was extended to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. This event will be held on Sept. 28 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and it will feature live entertainment, discussion panels, local Hispanic-owned small businesses, vendors, and art.
