DURBAN - Police Minister Bheki Cele has encouraged police officers not to hesitate when it comes to defending themselves when confronted with danger.The minister on Tuesday visited the home of slain policeman, Roger Mavunlda, in Port Edward on the KwaZulu-Natal south coast.
