Passengers of Cebu Pacific can now use their travel fund to book tickets for family and friends, the budget carrier announced Monday.
In an advisory, Cebu Pacific said passengers will first have to go to the bookings tab on the MyCebuPacific website or mobile application, and type in the previous trip’s reference number and last name under the “Add Booking” section.
The travel fund will then be stored on the account once the name or email address of the previous trip is matched with the account details, which may be used to book flights and purchased add-ons. “We have been listening to our customer feedback and hope that this will encourage our passengers to use their Travel Funds to book flights not just for themselves, but even for their loved ones,” Vice President for Marketing and Customer Experience Candice Iyog said.of passengers, following the cancellation of flights due to restrictions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.resumed in June 2020It said it issued some P479 million in refunds from July to September 2021, and P7.
