The domestic fares are inclusive of a seven kilogram hand carry baggage allowance but exclusive of web admin fee, 12% value added tax, terminal fee, and fuel surcharge, Cebu Pacific said on its website. The international fares are meanwhile exclusive of wed admin fees for short haul and long haul flights, and a P550 international terminal fee and fuel surcharge.
