Cebu cop succumbs to COVID19
A police officer died Friday due to complications from COVID-19 in Cebu City, the only area in the country under the strictest lockdown due to a recent spike in coronavirus cases.
He was rushed to the hospital on June 10 after he showed symptoms of COVID-19. On June 13 he tested positive for the virus. Meanwhile, the Philippine National Police Regional Office 6 has deployed 53 more policemen to Cebu City.
