Developer CDC Houston buys office buildings, hotels in City Place
The Courtyard by Marriott Houston Springwoods Village at 22742 Holzwarth Road was completed in 2016. CDC Houston has acquired a majority stake in the hotel.Developer CDC Houston has acquired majority stakes in two hotels and two office buildings in City Place, its 2,000-acre development in Spring that also houses the headquarters of Exxon and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
The master-planned community formerly known as Springwoods Village is near Interstate 45, the Grand Parkway and Hardy Toll Road.
