Nicola Bulley: CCTV camera that 'would have seen everything' in missing mum case was 'only one broken'
A friend of missing Lancashire mum Nicola Bulley claims that a CCTV camera that "would have seen everything" was the only one in the area broken on the day she disappeared.
She wrote: "There's CCTV at the back of the caravan park. The only camera that isn't working is the one that would have seen everything." She said there were no scuff marks on the ground close to where her phone was found - but said she would not necessarily expect them to be.
