Officers believe the individual pictured may be able to help their investigation. Emergency services were called to Blackpool Road, Ribbleton.
The incident occurred at around 6pm on September 4. Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.A spokesperson for the force said: "Do you recognise this man? We want to speak to him about an offence of affray which happened on Blackpool Road, Ribbleton, Preston, at around 6pm on September 4."
