Police have issued a CCTV appeal after a gang of youths on e-bikes launched an 'appalling' attack on a lollipop man in Lancashire.
The victim was taken to hospital with fractured ribs after attack. One boy, aged 13, was arrested on suspicion of section 18 assault.The boy, from Preston, remained in custody for questioning yesterday , officers said in an appeal on Facebook. Police have now released CCTV images of a person on a bike they want to speak to about the attack.
