RAVENNA, Ohio - Ravenna police arrested a 44-year-old man Sunday after he led officers on a chase in a utility vehicle.The driver told police they work at Kent State University, and they wanted to report a utility vehicle possibly stolen from the college.
The officer attempted a traffic stop on the UTV, and according to a police report, the driver failed to stop and a chase broke out. The chase was caught on camera, and the video shows the suspect leading officers all over, driving on a bike trial, in front yards and on sidewalks.
