Who is the best actor to play the new Hercules?

Hercules was released in 1997 and had a stellar voice cast, including Tate Donovan as Hercules and Danny DeVito as Phil.
Hemsworth hasn't had any musical roles, per se, he has proved that he wasn't afraid to sing when needed. In a behind-the-scenes clip from The Avengers: End Game, during an interview with Jimmy Fallon, Hemsworth was shown singing "Hurt" by Johnny Cash. Although this clip was not a serious attempt at singing, at least in the context of a movie, it confirmed that the actor can carry a tune well.
