“When we do our own analysis, we’ll have a better understanding of what the speed was,” Attorney Knizley adds. “I think we’re gonna have to see the body cam because I think it’s gonna be substantially different,” said Attorney Knizley. “Yes, she was very concerned about the condition of the person — she had an automobile accident. She was told by the police that there was a man who had been injured. She didn’t even know who the person was, because she wasn’t allowed to go up there.
