Motorists in Stafford woke up to find their vehicles submerged in flood water on Saturday, after Storm Babet battered the country.
The Environment Agency has issued four flood warnings and two alerts in the town, after a bout of heavy rain. Three car parks have been shut after the River Sow burst its banks, resulting in flooding on Saturday, with the town retail park also affected.Staffordshire University cancelled its Healthcare open day which was due to take place at the Centre for Health Innovation in Blackheath Lane.
