MANILA, Philippines — Gymnast Carlos 'Caloy' Yulo just cemented his status as arguably the greatest, if not totally the greatest Filipino Olympian ever.About 24 hours after ruling the floor exercise final, Yulo conquered the vault competition at the Paris Olympics men's artistics gymnastics, emerging as the first Filipino Olympic multi-gold medalist at the Bercy Arena on Sunday night, August 4 .
Fourth to perform in the final, Yulo then executed a kasamatsu double in his second vault which was not as good as his first vault but still solid for 14.800 points -- 5.600 in difficulty and 9.200 in execution.After each vault, Yulo, as he has been all tournament, threw his fists into the air in high satisfaction of his performance.
