SAN DIEGO – The City of San Diego is facing a $350 million budget deficit as Mayor Todd Gloria continues his spending spree.
Common sense would say cutting spending would be the easiest and most effective way of addressing the deficit, but Council President Sean Elo-Rivers doesn’t want to do that.
