Arizona Republic sportswriter Bob McManaman breaks down Sunday’s NFL Week 6 game between the Arizona Cardinals and Seattle Seahawks.

The Cardinals must take advantage of the Seahawks' weak defense to win in their NFL Week 6 game. The Republic's sports staff previews the game., Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury was asked if he could take any solace in the fact that his team could even its record at 3-3 this Sunday at the Seahawks, which would be a reasonable record considering Arizona had to play without star receiver DeAndre Hopkins for the first six weeks.“You want to win every game, there’s no doubt,” he said.

Hopkins returns from his suspension next week and although the offense could be missing a few parts Sunday at Lumen Field, Kingsbury senses that the offense is close to breaking out. It better be because the Cardinals have scored more than 21 points in a game only once this season. They’ve also been outscored 38-0 in the first quarter.

“I think it starts with me and making sure those first 10 of whatever scripted plays are on point,” Kingsbury said. “Everybody’s in sync, we know them, and we know we can be effective. Then we’ve just got to go out and execute. What we’ve seen in practice all week hasn’t been showing up in those first couple of series for whatever reason.

Quarterback Kyler Murray said he sees some positive signs of life with the offense as well entering Sunday’s game in Seattle. “I thought that last game was one of our better games, if not our best as far as continuity and just the way it felt out there,” he said. “I would say the same. Obviously, talking about it doesn’t really matter. We’ve got to go out there and prove it. We’ve got to go out there and execute on Sunday, but I think we can build on how we felt and what we were doing out there.”
