Cardi B, Rihanna, Brandi Carlile and more react to the El Paso and Dayton Mass shootings on social media
took to social media over the weekend to send condolences to the family and friends of the victims, express their anger over current U.S. gun laws, speak out against white supremacy, and call out President Trump.
"When we condemn the racist venom coming from the President's mouth and point out the bigotry of his policies, it's not an academic question, it's not a political game, it's about life and death. The President regularly inspires killers. He is a part of the problem," Legend lashed out on Twitter. On Saturday, 21-year-old Patrick Crusius shot and killed 20 people inside a Walmart in El Paso. Early the next morning, Connor Betts, 24, gunned down 9 people outside a popular Dayton bar. Dozens more were injured in both shootings. The suspects were identified as white males who used assault rifles to carry out the attacks.
