Cardi B defamer Tasha K remains defiant despite $4 million lawsuit loss, vowing to appeal the matter 'all the way to the Supreme Court'
“This case was meant to drain me financially, and it did not,” she said, claiming she actually planned to expand her online blogging business after the federal jury in Georgia ordered her to pay $4 million in damages and fees. “I know ya’ll maybe think this is over, but no, this is just the beginning. I will spend as many years as I can to protect our right to voice our opinions.”
“This trial was purely sympathy and payola to protect corporate interests, and we intend to take this all the way to the Supreme Court if need be,” she said. “This is my life, and I will spend my life fighting for my livelihood and our First Amendment right as human beings.”after the blogger uploaded at least 38 videos referencing the rapper and making various false claims including that Cardi worked as a prostitute, used cocaine and would give birth to a child with developmental disabilities.
