Placer County Fire Department firefighters responded Sunday to the report of a vehicle into the second story of a home on Robbers Ravine Road in the Cape Horn area of Placer County.Firefighters from the Placer County Fire Department, including a technical rescue team, were able to stabilize the vehicle using a rope system and rescue the driver. The woman driving the car survived her flight, although she was being treated for major injuries at Sutter Roseville Medical Center, the CHP said.
