Police cordoned off the road after the smash this morning
Pictures show the wreckage left behind after a car crashed into a bus stop and burst into flames in south Manchester.
The road was cordoned off in both directions. According to traffic alert service, it was shut between Clare Road and Crossley Road.The Manchester Evening News understands that a car crashed into a bus stop on the busy road. It then burst into flames.
