An unrestrained back passenger, a 27-year-old man from Newark, was ejected from the car, according to state police.
He was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Authorities have not yet released his identity.It is unclear which victim the bystander performed CPR on. Delaware State Police is investigating this crash. Anyone with information on the incident should contact the police.
