Star Wars has a history of bringing back villains who fell to their deaths, and Captain Phasma deserves the same treatment. Phasma is expertly trained in recruiting and training loyal soldiers, meaning she's a major threat wherever she goes.
Captain Phasma - the chrome-clad fan-favorite enforcer of the First Order - seemingly meets her untimely demise during the events of the Star Wars: Last Jedi. However, given the nature of her "death," it's highly likely fans will see her again, and a little-known adventure shows exactly how she can return.
In Marvel's 2017 Captain Phasma comic series, Captain Phasma's story post-Force Awakens is shown. After being forced to help Finn disable Starkiller Base's deflector shields, Phasma knows that she will be reprimanded for aiding the Resistance's attack on the base. That is, unless she frames a fellow First Order officer who knows what she did, which is precisely what Captain Phasma proceeds to do.
Captain Phasma's Death Hints She'll Return Falling is a common trope in Star Wars, and the franchise has established a theme that villains usually return from seemingly fatal falls. Darth Maul, Emperor Palpatine, and Boba Fett are all characters that have fallen and were presumed dead only to return, and while Phasma's 'death' seemed fatal, fans are relatively unanimous in believing there's far more of her story to be told.
Phasma Is a Born Leader Something as simple as stealing an escape pod and leaving for any random planet in the Outer Rim would explain Phasma's survival. There she could take a page out of Darth Maul's book and raise an army of her own, whether as a criminal syndicate, mercenary force, or world leader.
