Cape Town Spurs have bolstered their squad with the acquisition of two new signings ahead of the 2022/23 season.Boitumelo Radiopane on loan and bringing veteran defender Clayton Daniels back to the club, Cape Town Spurs have completed two new signings ahead of the upcoming Motsepe Foundation Championship campaign.
Morton, 33, brings a wealth of experience to the side after representing the likes of Orlando Pirates, Bidvest Wits, Maritzburg United, SuperSport United and AmaZulu in previous years, while he was most recently on the books of promotion-chasing Cape Town All Stars. Meanwhile, on the exit list is fan favourite Abednigo Mosiatlhaga, who was previously confirmed to have left the club to sign for DStv Premiership side Sekhukhune United last month.
Spurs endured a difficult 2021/22 campaign and ended the season in 14th position in the then-GladAfrica Championship standings, just five points above relegated Jomo Cosmos and TS Sporting.
