Canino shines anew as La Salle continues mastery of Ateneo

Angel Canino put on a clinic as De La Salle University continued its mastery of Ateneo de Manila University with a 25-16, 25-20, 25-13 sweep on Sunday, March 5 in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 85 women's volleyball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena.

The super rookie unleashed 23 points on 21 attacks, one block, and one service ace to lead the Lady Spikers, who took the solo lead in the standings with a 3-0 slate.The Blue Eagles, meanwhile, dropped to 1-2.
