49-year-old Justin Hoppe of Valdez died on Nov. 18 after he was involved in a rollover crash near mile 134 on the Glenn Highway.

“Everyone loved him. He was a great friend. He was an amazing father, brother. He was a great son,” Montgomery said. “He was just many different things for many different people, and it’s very hard to sum it up … he will be loved and missed by everyone."

49-year-old Justin Hoppe died on Nov. 18 after he was involved in a rollover crash near mile 134 on the Glenn Highway.His family says that in his free time, Hoppe was an avid outdoorsman, as well as a talented songwriter and poet.Justin leaves behind three daughters, two grandchildren, and his wife, Kycha, who was with him at the time of the crash.“I think a lot of us are still in shock. I can’t imagine life without him, and I don’t know how we’ll get through it,” Montgomery said.
